About Us

The foundation of our practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey by integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness. We strive to promote an understanding of the inter dependency of all these aspects in your consciousness, health, and well being.

Yoga4Self profoundly impacted the lives of many people with comprehensive techniques on the science of Kriya Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.  It has noticed that while hearing the word, the general Yoga idea that comes to our mind is exercise and meditation. However, as per the great sage Patanjali who systematized the philosophy of Yoga, the Yoga has eight limbs, Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pratyahar, Pranayam, Dharana, Dhyana & Samadhi.

Through YogaStride, we want to help people discover their inner selves by awakening their kundalini energy through the regular practice of Kundalini Yoga. The seven occult centers of consciousness in the spine, which enlivened the physical and astral bodies of humans. These centers are referred to as concentrated energy chakras (wheels) in each one and are like a hub from which radiate rays of life-giving light and energy.

It’s an approach to reach out to the world and deliver the spiritual message of Bhakti Yoga that stresses all surrendering principal means for communion and union with God.

All our programs are, based upon these factors, as it is essential to follow all the limbs systematically to be benefiting from Yoga.
